Grossmont Union High School District Completes New Physical Education/Sports Complex at El Cajon Val

EL CAJON, CALIF. – Grossmont Union High School District (GUHSD) announced today that construction has been completed on a new 22,780-square-foot Physical Education/Sports Complex on the campus of El Cajon Valley High School in El Cajon. A building dedication event was held for the new facility on Dec. 4. With a construction cost of $6.4 million, the new facility with accommodate physical education instruction and campus sports conditioning programs. It was built to replace two outdated locker room buildings, originally built 60 years ago that did not meet current seismic safety standards.
